Work principle:
The high-speed washing machine sends the slurry into the gap between the polyester mesh and the breast roller through the headbox. The breast roller drives the mesh and the flat roller to run at high speed. The slurry is squeezed by the mesh and the breast roller at the breast roller. The combined action of the centrifugal force and the centrifugal force generated by the high-speed operation enables the slurry to be dehydrated and washed. Main structure:

The flat roller is a rubber flat roller to compensate for the uneven squeezing of the slurry produced by the grooved roller; the slurry is peeled off to the discharge spiral by a scraper on the flat roller; the filter screen is a polyester mesh with both sides The guide bar prevents the net from running off; the function of the hood is to collect the escaping water and prevent the water from splashing and affecting the working environment .
Application:
