Structure and work principle:
The hydraulic pulper is mainly composed of a tank, a transmission device, a rotor, a sieve plate, and a column. The transmission adopts the upper transmission, and its main disintegration mechanism is the rotor. When the rotor rotates, the raw materials move radially, and the composite rotor rotates at a high speed. It flips upward from the side of the tank to accelerate the disintegration of the pulp in the tank. The slurry in the tank is driven by hydraulic power and the mechanical action of the rotor. Rub each other to achieve the purpose of separating slurry and plastic. In addition, due to the weak shearing force of the rotor, it only peels off the light substances in the waste paper (such as plastic film) without forming debris, which facilitates the screening of the slurry.
