The double helix grinding and splitting machine is a third-generation non-blade type pulping equipment used for the preliminary pulping of various plant raw materials. Through processes such as extrusion, grinding, and adding chemicals, this equipment converts the raw materials into velvet-like fibers. When combined with subsequent pulping equipment, it can produce high-yield mechanical pulp. When paired with high-concentration grinding machines and refined pulp machines, it can directly produce mechanical pulp with good printing adaptability, or produce standard chemical-based colored pulps, chemical bleached pulps, semi-chemical mechanical pulps, and cold-process high-yield mechanical pulps, etc. The production process of this equipment does not produce wastewater, which has environmental advantages. It is suitable for the preliminary pulping of raw materials such as wood chips, bamboo chips, branch wood, rice straw, sugarcane residue, reeds, corn stalks, sawdust, wood chips, wood strips, hemp, branch wood, shrubs, etc. During the cooking process, after the raw materials are preliminarily pulped by this machine, the ball loading can be increased, the cooking time can be shortened, the amount of chemical agents can be reduced, or the hot water soaking method can be adopted without the need for steam cooking. The equipment consists of six major parts: the feeding section, the pulping section, the bearing seat section, the reducer section, the distribution transmission section, and the motor. It can achieve automated operation.
