Features

1. Use PLC computer to program the finished paper in the process of winding to achieve different tightness and solve the problem of loose finished paper due to long-term storage; LCD text display parameters, easy to set, water cooling control to more accurate temperature control, effective protection of heating wire and high temperature adhesive tape. Servo motor drive into the bag, more accurate positioning

2. Automatic rewinding machine can choose double-sided embossing, gluing compound, can make the paper more soft than single-side embossing, double-sided finished product effect is consistent, each layer of paper does not spread out when using, especially suitable for processing. Roll up kitchen paper towels to reduce weight by 15 percent or more.

3. The machine is equipped with centerless, solid and paper tube toilet paper, which can be switched products immediately or selected according to the needs of users. The machine will stop working automatically without products and will not have empty bags. Never waste film.

4. Automatic hob connection, automatic edge trimming, glue spraying, sealing and shaft beating are completed synchronously, so that there is no loss of paper when the roll paper is cut into the band saw packaging, without labor, save labor cost, greatly improve the production efficiency and finished product grade, easy to use.
