Double Disc Refiner

Double disc refiner is a pulp equipment, with the characteristics of compact structure, less footprint, high efficiency, low power consumption, strong adaptability, simple operation, flexible adjustment, convenient maintenance and so on. It is an ideal continuous pulping equipment at present. According to the requirements of the pulping process, it can be used in series or in parallel.

Feature

1. Disc refiner is made of niobium alloy cast iron; the main material is cast iron.

2. The equipment is mainly used for coarse beating, refining and re-pulping of broke and waste paper.

3.It is available for long fiber pulp such as cotton, wood and hemp.

4.The equipment is furnished with automatic control system and can beat with constant power or constant energy consumption.
