The polyester spiral dryer mesh is an important accessory for the drying part of the paper making machine. The specifications can be divided into large , medium and small loop. It is used to produce cardboard paper, Kraft paper, corrugated paper, and replace the drying clothes and paper making felt of the paper machine. It is also widely used in the conveyor belt of equipment in coal mines, food and other industries.

1. Acid-resistant, alkali-resistant, wear-resistant, high-temperature-resistant, non-toxic, and has a long service life.

2. The mesh surface is flat, with high tensile strength, good air permeability, and high heat transfer efficiency.

3. Easy to install and use, no marks on the interface, and the strength can reach 100% of the normal mesh.

4. It is widely used in paper-making, environmental protection, printing and dyeing, mineral processing, food processing and other industries, and can be customized.

5. The edge sealing glue of the mesh surface adopts imported glue, which does not harden, discolor, or fold at high temperature.

During the use of polyester dryer mesh, there are times when the drying temperature is too high, which sometimes causes sparks and damages the equipment and the mesh surface.

To solve this problem, our engineers have summarized the following methods after many experiments and studies:

1. Regularly irrigate the drying cylinder mould with water to cool down and eliminate static electricity. This method will cause the equipment to rust.

2. Lower the drying cylinder mould temperature. This method will reduce production.

3. Connect conductive equipment to the drying cylinder and the ground to conduct the static electricity generated by the friction between the drying cylinder mould and the polyester dryer mesh during operation into the ground, which has solved the fire problem.
