PEFT Conveyor Mesh

Non-toxic odorless tasteless food industry use high temperature resistance PEFT conveyor mesh belt with FDA certificate has weather resistance and anti-aging. After practical application, it maintains its original physical form between low temperature -70℃ and high temperature 260℃ without deformation. It has the characteristics of weather resistance and anti-aging. In addition, due to its non-toxic, odorless and tasteless characteristics, it has been approved by the US FDA to be widely used in food processing, packaging and other processing fields.

Features

1. Non-adhesive: It is easy to clean all kinds of oil stains, stains or other attachments attached to the surface; almost all adhesive substances such as paste, resin, paint, etc. can be easily removed.

2. Long life of high temperature resistance: if placed for 200 days under 250℃ high temperature, not only the strength will not decrease, but also the weight will not decrease; placed at 300℃ high temperature for 120 hours, the weight will only decrease by 0.6%; at -180 ℃ ultra-low temperature will not produce cracks, and maintain the original flexibility, long service life.

3. Tasteless and non-toxic: It is made of Teflon impregnation, safe and non-toxic, reaching food grade.

4. Resistant to various chemical corrosion: resistant to strong acid, strong alkali, aqua regia and various organic solvents.

5. Dimensional stability and no deviation: good dimensional stability and strong tensile strength, good mechanical properties, low friction coefficient (0.05-1), no need to add lubricating oil.

6. Wide range of application, reducing heat loss: the mesh structure has good air permeability, reducing heat energy and improving drying efficiency. Anti-bending fatigue, can be used for smaller wheel diameter.
