Structure

This machine is mainly composed of tank, rotating drum, pressing roller, pressing frame, scraper device, swinging water spray pipe sealing device, transmission parts, etc.

 

1. Tank: The tank supports all parts except the transmission part, and is welded by steel plate and section steel. The cylindrical mesh trough is basically counter-current, and the center of the trough and the drum are offset by 15m2 and 80mm. More than 20m2 is 100mm. The slurry enters the tank body through the slurry inlet located at the bottom of the mesh trough, and a part of the slurry reaches the bottom of the mesh trough, which can dilute the thick slurry at the bottom, which is beneficial to eliminate the slurry accumulation and the slurry dehydration to go online. There is a pulp outlet and white water outlet. The discharge level of the white water can be adjusted with a gate to control the difference in level between the inside and outside of the trough.

 

2. Drum part: The drum adopts the structure of the spoke type and the polypropylene injection molding filter plate. The filter plate structure adopts the new technology that has been effective at home and abroad in recent years. It is lighter in weight and durable than the previously used wire-wound cage. Corrosion, long life, easy maintenance and other advantages, the surface of the drum surface net, the material and specifications of the drum surface net are selected and prepared by the user according to the pulp type and process conditions. As the pulp and paper industry to filter concentrated pulp, generally 40 mesh/inch nylon mesh can be used. The drum spokes are fixed on the hollow shaft, and both ends are supported on standard bearing seats fixed on the tank. The drum is driven by the electromagnetic speed-regulating asynchronous motor after passing the triangle belt and the reducer: the user can choose the best drum speed according to the production needs.

 

3. In the pressure roller part, a pressure roller is installed above the drum to forcefully dehydrate the slurry on the Internet, and then the dewatered and concentrated slurry is adsorbed on the rubber surface of the pressure roller, scraped by a scraper, and dropped in and out. The material trough is discharged through the slurry outlet. The pressure of the pressure roller to the drum is generally controlled at about 40N/cm, and the appropriate pressure roller line pressure can be selected by adjusting the length of the support spring according to the slurry type and thickness of the slurry layer. The slurry board on the tank body can lead the slurry out of the slurry tank.

 

4. The mesh washing device, the mesh washing device adopts a swinging net washing spray pipe, which is driven separately by a small geared motor, which can improve the cleaning effect of the mesh surface of the thickener, thereby improving the concentration efficiency.
