Solution to the problem of paper making mesh damage!

^{The mesh in the pressing part of cylinder mould paper making machine is broken, damaged, which can increase the production cost and decrease production speed. The damage grid is shown in the following pictures:}

^{The cause of the damage is:}

^{1. Press roll pressure is too large, the mesh is thin, extrusion damage;}

^{2. Mesh material is not suitable, 30 mesh stainless steel mesh.}

^{The solution:}

^{1. Replace the mesh with a 2.5 layers polyester forming fabric mesh}

^{2. Can not easily change the press roller: dewatering effect with small pressure is not good; large pressure will cause irreversible damage to the frame; the cost of replacing rolls costs more than that of mesh.}
