Vibrating frame screen is a kind of screening equipment in the pulp and paper industry, mainly used for the coarse selection and purification of slurry and the treatment of the tail slurry of pressure screen. The equipment uses spring and tape as the vibration damping device, which has the advantages of simple structure, convenient maintenance, low production cost, small floor space, and high production efficiency.

Work principle

The machine is mainly composed of screen frame, vibration system, vibration damping device, slurry tank, etc. The vibration of the screen frame is realized by two eccentric wheels mounted on the main shaft. The main shaft is connected with the motor by a flexible coupling, and the screen frame is supported by a spring; it has the advantages of simple structure and good practical performance. This machine is divided into left and right mobile phones, users can choose according to their needs. The slurry flows into the screen frame from the headbox, and the coarse impurities in the slurry are screened out by the high frequency vibration of the screen frame. The good slurry enters the slurry tank through the sieve plate and is discharged from the slurry outlet, while the coarse impurities are discharged from the end of the screen frame.
