O-Type Hydrapulper

 

The upper drive energy-saving hydraulic pulper is a high-efficiency and energy-saving paper-plastic separator developed by our company based on the absorption and synthesis of the latest foreign disintegration and separation technology using the principle of hydraulic vortex and mechanical engineering. It is suitable for our country's national conditions. . Mainly used for the disintegration and separation of paper-plastic composite materials. Use waste paper-plastic composite raw materials to produce higher whiteness plastics. This machine mainly has the advantages of large production capacity, low power consumption, and convenient use and maintenance.

The machine is designed according to the principle of hydraulic vortex. The rotor adopts a mechanism combined with spiral flying knives. When the rotor rotates, the paper-plastic composite material makes a radial circular motion to promote the pulp to accelerate hydration and decomposing, and achieve the purpose of separating from the plastic. . During operation, the paper-plastic composite raw materials are always in a high-concentration state to defuse the fibers, thereby separating the fibers from the plastics to achieve the purpose of recycling. In addition, the rotor is a high-efficiency composite rotor with weak shearing effect. The plastic only has a peeling effect and will not form fine chips, creating favorable conditions for slurry screening.

Structure and work principle

The hydraulic pulper is mainly composed of a tank, a transmission device, a rotor, a sieve plate, and a column. The transmission adopts the upper transmission, and its main disintegration mechanism is the rotor. When the rotor rotates, the raw materials move radially, and the composite rotor rotates at a high speed. It flips upward from the side of the tank to accelerate the disintegration of the pulp in the tank. The slurry in the tank is driven by hydraulic power and the mechanical action of the rotor. Rub each other to achieve the purpose of separating slurry and plastic. In addition, due to the weak shearing force of the rotor, it only peels off the light substances in the waste paper (such as plastic film) without forming debris, which facilitates the screening of the slurry.

Tank
The tank is made by welded steel,outside of mouth is ultra high strength steel,which used to strengthen tank, in the bottom of cone have deflector, which can make the paper pulp reflux circulating. In the bottom of tank is impurity discharge outlet."D" type hydropulper has changed the way of flow ,make the material contact more quickly with the rotor ,and reduce bearing time greatly,and improve production capacity in the condition of without increasing the power and volume .

 

Sieve plate
Sieve plate used for screening paper pulp.

 

Cutter blade
The design of cutter blade between cutter and sieve plate prevents the twining of waste materials like wire and weaving,and reduce running current.

 

Belt wheel
A complete set of European standard belt wheel,can shorten maintenance time,improve work efficiency ,reduce operating costs.

 

 

Production flow

 

 

O-type hydropulper for Paper Mill, which improves the work efficiency, and it can be used for pulping waste paper & wet strengh paper. D Type Hydrapulper is mainly used to crushing pulp board, wastepaper, deinking, and pulp purification. Through dissociating, it can maximum make the paper's fiber dissociating into fiber bundles or single fibers, while at the same time, it can maximize maintain impurity's shape and strength.
