It can retain the strength of the fiber to a greater extent and completely remove the plastics and fabrics in the unselected raw materials, especially the wet-strength and viscose impurities that are harmful in the papermaking process.

Feature

1. Although waste debris will block the screen holes, when the cylinder rotates, it will be washed back into the pulper by the washing water.

2. The speed of pulp passing through the sieve is very slow (less than 0.05m/s), thereby reducing the possibility of washing waste through the sieve into the slurry tank.

3. The pulp concentration is gradually reduced, so that the decomposing process continues until all fiber bundles are completely evacuated.

4. There is no need to consume energy for unnecessary stirring, cutting fibers and impurities, and the energy consumption is only consumed by the rotation of the cylinder, so each ton of pulp only consumes 15-20kw/h.

5. After all wastes that cannot pass through the sieve are discharged from the other end of the cylinder, no further fiber recycling is required.

6. The drum-type high-consistency pulper is very suitable for processing low-grade and difficult-to-handle waste paper such as household mixed waste paper, office waste paper without mechanical pulp and liquid packaging cardboard recycling. Waste paper can enter the pulp without sorting system use
