Water Ring Vacuum Pump
Water ring vacuum pumps and compressors are used to suck or compress air and other non-corrosive, water-insoluble, and non-solid particles gas, so as to form vacuum and pressure in a closed container. The inhaled gas is allowed to be mixed a small amount of liquid.
Widely used in papermaking, chemical, petrochemical, light industry, pharmaceutical, food, metallurgy, building materials, stoneware, coal washing, mineral processing, fertilizer and other industries. In the working process, the gas compression process is isothermal, so when compressing and sucking explosive gas, it is not easy to be dangerous, so the vacuum pump is more widely used. Working vacuum range is -0.03---0.08MPa.

The gas enters the vacuum pump or compressor through the valve through the pipeline, and then is discharged into the gas-water separator through the gas-guiding elbow, and discharged through the exhaust pipe of the gas-water separator. When used as a compressor, the gas-water mixture discharged from the compressor is separated in the gas-water separator, and the gas is sent to the system that needs to compress the gas through the valve, while the water is left in the gas-water separator. The water level of the separator is kept constant and equipped with an automatic overflow switch. When the water level is higher than the required water level, the overflow switch is opened, and the water overflows from the overflow pipe. When the water level is lower than the required water level, the overflow switch is closed, and the water level in the gas-water separator Ascent to reach the required water level. The working water in the vacuum pump or compressor is supplied by the gas-water separator (tap water can also be used), and the amount of water supply is adjusted by the valve on the water supply pipe.
The difference between the gas suction and pressure delivery systems is only the internal structure of the gas water separator. When sucking gas, the pressure at the suction port is lower than the atmospheric pressure, while the pressure at the exhaust port is equal to the atmospheric pressure, and the gas-water separator only has an overflow pipe. When the gas is delivered by pressure, the suction port is at normal pressure (can also be in a vacuum state), and the pressure at the exhaust port is higher than one atmospheric pressure; in order to ensure the gas delivery pressure, the water level of the gas-water separator is controlled by the overflow switch.
